After-Sales Service & Support
At Alpha Chem, we are committed to providing prompt and reliable after-sales service and repair support to our valued customers across India. Our experienced service team ensures that your laboratory equipment operates efficiently with minimum downtime.
Warranty
All Alpha Chem laboratory equipment is covered by a 12-month warranty on parts and a 3-month warranty on labor from the date of installation. Travel expenses are not included under the warranty.
During the warranty period, Alpha Chem will repair or replace any defective parts caused by manufacturing defects. The warranty becomes void if the equipment has been modified, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage during transportation
- Routine maintenance and consumables
- Damage caused by improper operation or misuse
- Damage due to accidents, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
Repair Services
Alpha Chem provides repair and maintenance services for all laboratory equipment manufactured and supplied by us. Our service team handles repairs for temperature controllers, sensors, electronic circuits, timers, pressure controllers, and other critical components.
If major repairs are required, we will provide a detailed quotation within 3 working days after inspecting the equipment. If the repair cost is not economically viable, we will recommend a replacement or exchange solution. We also undertake equipment modifications and upgrades based on customer requirements.
Breakdown Service Calls
Most service requests are initially resolved through telephone support by our technical engineers. If on-site service is required, our service department will register your complaint and schedule a visit by a qualified service engineer.
- Ankleshwar, Panoli, Dahej, Jhagadiya & Saykha : Service response within 48 hours.
- Other locations across India: Service response typically within 2–4 working days, depending on the distance from our service center.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is the most effective way to ensure the long-term performance, accuracy, and reliability of your laboratory equipment.
Alpha Chem offers comprehensive AMC plans that include preventive maintenance, inspection, calibration support, priority breakdown service, and reduced equipment downtime.
